About the project

The central point of the project is a large lagoon/pool spanning approximately 1000 m², surrounded by tropical greenery, coconut palms, and communal areas for residents. This is not a typical villa estate; the project more closely resembles a private resort, where owners have access to a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, kids' club, and a wellness zone with a spa, sauna, and ice bath.

Construction completion is scheduled for the end of 2027.

Ownership Structure - Leasehold In Thailand, foreigners cannot own land outright. Therefore, a legal and secure form of investment is a land lease combined with the freehold purchase of the house. The land lease agreement is for a period of 30 years, with the option to renew for an additional 30 years.
