Nichakul Villas can become your island home, a place for extended stays, or a property designated for rental.

The land is covered by a 30-year leasehold. The annual fee is 70,000 or 90,000 THB, depending on the villa type. Payment is made three years in advance, amounting to 210,000 or 270,000 THB respectively.

The price does not include furniture. An additional furniture package is available, priced from 1.2 million THB to 1.8 million THB.
